SKylight is excited to offer its two fully-funded wellbeing programmes to schools and community organisations:
- Bags of Character: teamwork and communication challenges for small groups aged 10 – 13.
- 5 to Thrive: 1-2-1 mentoring sessions for young people aged 13 – 16.
Both programmes are fully funded, comprising of 6 hour-long sessions which take a strengths-based approach to developing a young person’s confidence, self-awareness and overall well-being.
This as an early intervention, designed for those young people beginning to exhibit signs of poor well-being, lack of self-esteem, loss of interest in school life or relationship issues. We do not recommend this programme for those students already accessing mental health provision such as CAMHS or other forms of counselling.
