The Board of Directors are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and monitoring performance. Alongside this they set our budgets and approve strategies. They hold management to account and do not get involved in the day-to-day running of the organisation.
The Board is drawn from two constituencies: independents and parent members who all bring different knowledge and experience to the organisation. Roger Phillips is currently the Chair of the SKylight Board.
