Tessa has had a community focussed career dedicated to supporting communities and individuals. She is currently the Community Business Partner at Co-Op Group working across all the Co-op Businesses – Food, Funeralcare, Insurance and Life Services, primarily accountable for the embedding and engagement of Co-op's three community missions (Fair access to Food, Fair Access to Mental Wellbeing and Fair Access to Opportunities for Young People) and initiatives across all business units.
Tessa also Non-Executive Director experience as a Trustee at Groundwork Greater Manchester, joining them in October 2021.
